Meet Adam

Meet Adam

Adam previously worked for Yorkshire Water where he gained practical experience in storm water and wastewater management, surface water quality and project management of civil engineering and technical projects relating to coastal water quality, drainage and urban flooding. More recently, Adam worked with UK government, economic and environmental regulators to manage major changes in the economic framework governing the UK water industry. This diverse project background has provided Adam with valuable knowledge and comprehensive experience in protecting and enhancing the whole water environment.

In addition to his industry experience, Adam has also delivered lectures to students at the University of Leeds over a number of years on such topics as industrial wastewater treatment and how the water industry and other businesses respond to changes in environmental legislation.  In a position working with major UK breweries as a process technician on a brewery waste water treatment plant, Adam provided guidance to the Black Sheep Brewery in Masham, England on how to improve their brewing processes to manage their waste.  He is now even more passionate about Craft beers and real ales! So he’ll get along with everyone just fine.

Having recently relocated to Western Australia, Adam is enjoying exploring the state and in his spare time enjoys cooking, swimming at Perth’s beautiful beaches and enjoying the city’s growing arts scene, as well as baking – which the team intends to take full advantage of!
